Before the work, orders were managed through dense spreadsheets built almost entirely on numeric inputs. Tracking progress meant scanning rows, cross-checking values, and relying on people to interpret the data correctly. For customers, the experience was disconnected. They were asked to commit to a product they couldn’t clearly visualize, which made consultations harder and decisions slower.
