OUTCOME
We redesigned onboarding as a paced, conversational experience that reduced cognitive load and helped users understand the app’s benefits early. An animated mascot added warmth and guidance, making the first experience feel more human and approachable. In parallel, we built a modular campaign management system that allowed the marketing team to configure and preview campaigns directly in the app. This enabled faster iteration, safer execution, and continuous improvement—aligning user experience and business growth within a single, flexible system.
